Meet the Founder
Josh Goldin
Josh Goldin is the Founder and CEO of Goldin Senior Transitions. His mission is to make one of life’s most significant transitions as smooth and supported as possible for seniors and their families across the Greater Memphis Area and the Mid-South.
Josh’s path to founding Goldin Senior Transitions was shaped by decades of work in the healthcare industry where listening, empathy, and advocacy were the core of every mission. From dialysis centers and nursing homes to more than a decade as a hospice social worker, Josh has spent his professional life showing up for families during their most vulnerable moments.
As a longtime Memphian, Josh’s approach is rooted in something this community knows well– the belief that showing up for one another matters. That belief is at the heart of everything Goldin Senior Transitions does.

Geoffrey Frisch
Geoffrey Frisch, Chief Operating Officer of Goldin Senior Transitions, brings decades of hands-on healthcare experience and a deep commitment to serving seniors and their families. His mission is to provide compassionate guidance and practical support, helping clients navigate life’s transitions with confidence, dignity, and peace of mind.
Geoffrey’s career began as a paramedic before becoming an orthopedic surgical technician, where he developed a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient care. He later spent several years managing the local branch of a durable medical equipment (DME) company, building meaningful relationships throughout the senior community and gaining firsthand insight into the unique challenges older adults and their families face.
Geoffrey believes that every person deserves to be treated with respect and compassion. His ability to listen, understand individual needs, and connect families with the right solutions makes him a trusted partner during life’s important transitions.

Stacey Saed, Relocation Specialist
Stacey Saed is a native Memphian with a multi-faceted professional experience which adds to her expertise as a business owner of a boutique relocation company.
She is, at her core, a woman with a passion for creating inviting living and working spaces.
She understands that where we spend our time has everything to do with our health and well-being. Stacey feels it is a privilege to assist individuals as they downsize, pack, unpack, organize and decorate when they move or as they breathe new life into their existing spaces.
Companioning others as they are reborn after relocation into a new season of life is the Goldin Senior Transitions mission.

We help families manage the logistics of long distance moves and offer support to seniors who are maintaining their independence. We specialize in setting homes up to be compatible with durable medical equipment and offer a gentle transition to hospice care.
